Production times

Each product is printed and hand finished to order in our studio. Current production time is 3 days.

 

Shipping

Once your product is ready, it will be shipped the next working day and usually delivered within 2-4 days within the UK.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations (France, Netherlands, USA, Canada). You will be given estimated delivery times during the checkout, once you select your country. Please note that you are likely to be charged additional import duties and taxes on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for these charges. For that reason, regrettably we don't accept returns on any international orders.

Refunds

If your products arrive faulty or damaged, please email us to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products within 14 days of receiving them but you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us, so we recommend sending back by tracked or signed service.

We don’t accept returns for any personalised items unless they are faulty.
