Production times

WALLPAPERS
Our wallpaper is made to order by our manufacturer in Lancashire and delivered typically within 2-3 weeks. Samples are dispatched within 2 days.

FABRICS

Our fabrics are printed to order by our manufacturer in Kent, delivered with 7-10 days.

​

HOMEWARES

Each product is printed and hand finished to order in our studio in Oxford. Current production time is 3 days.

 

Shipping

Once your product is ready, it will be shipped the next working day. Wallpapers and fabrics are shipped by courier, homewares with Royal Mail 48hr tacked service.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations (USA, Canada), on a DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid), with all taxes covered. Estimated delivery is 14 days. Regrettably we don't accept returns on international orders, unless faulty.

Refunds

If your products arrive faulty or damaged, please email us to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Returns

HOMEWARES
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused products within 14 days of receiving them but you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to us. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by us, so we recommend sending back by tracked or signed service. We don’t accept returns for any personalised items unless they are faulty.

WALLPAPERS & FABRICS

All our wallpapers and fabrics are printed to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. We strongly recommend ordering samples prior to placing an order, as colour and scale may vary slightly between screen and print. In the unlikely event of a fault or damage, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photographs so we can arrange a replacement.​​
