Petal Rosette Wallpaper
Developed from a 17th century polychrome Delft tile set, this design features blue and ochre floral rosettes arranged within octagonal frames and finished with fleur-de-lis corner motifs. The balanced geometry of octagons, dots and fine linear details gives the pattern a surprising lightness and rhythm, lending a distinctly modern feel despite its 300-year-old origins. Carefully restored to retain the original colours and scale, the design also preserves many of the gentle irregularities that reveal the hand-painted nature of the historic tiles. Printed edge-to-edge across the roll, the tiled structure lends itself naturally to creative architectural applications, from full walls to decorative panels, vertical strips or columns.
