Developed from a 19th century French still life of an abundant floral arrangement, this design brings together a rich variety of blooms - including lilies, roses, gladioli, stock, asters, ipomoeas and poppies - many of which would not naturally flower at the same time. Reimagined as a continuous pattern, the bouquet is transformed into a painterly “meadow” where seasons overlap and coexist. The design is available printed on soft velvet, a medium-weight fabric with a short pile that is versatile across a range of soft furnishing applications, including upholstery.
