INSTALLATION TIPS

Permanent or portable
You can attach the mural directly to a wall or consider glueing it to a plywood sheet of the same size as the mural and turning it into a ceramic art that you can move.

Adhesive 
If you choose to glue directly to a wall, we recommend a standard wall tile adhesive. If you glue to a plywood, we recommend a strong polyurethane adhesive (for ex: Gorilla Glue Clear).

Grout or no grout?
Both look good - it depends on the use and preference. Either style, we recommend butt joint installation (zero space tiling), with tiles placed tightly next to each other with no grout lines, so the print runs uninterrupted.

Grouting 
You will only need a small amount of grout (about the size of a toothpaste tube). Ideally, apply it directly from a tube to avoid spreading over the tiles, beyond the gaps. Grout can be abrasive and may scratch the delicate tile surface when it’s being washed off.

Plywood installation
We recommend a 5-6mm thick plywood sheet, cut to the exact same size as the mural. On the back, fit two steel picture hangers, using mini screws.
