Abundance Mural
Developed from a hand-painted polychrome Delft tile tableau dating from the late 17th to early 18th century, this mural features an ornate composition of an urn overflowing with flowers, birds and butterflies, framed by an intricately detailed cartouche. The rich palette of earthy yellows, greens and warm red-browns - alongside classic cobalt - reflects the influence of Italian maiolica on Dutch ceramic decoration, bringing colour and vitality to the scene. Reproduced at its original historic scale, the mural is particularly suited to installations above wainscoting, allowing the composition to sit naturally at eye level. Its highly ornamental character makes it an impactful focal point, ideal for alcoves, entrance halls or as a statement backdrop behind a console or side table.
